ABOUT CREEDMOOR COMMUNTY CHURCH

Thanks for your interest in CCC! We are committed to helping you connect with Christ and want you to feel welcome as you visit our fellowship. We are a body of believers that desire to know God personally and experience the abundant life He has provided now, and the assurance of eternal life after. 

We know how difficult life can be, but there is hope for a purposeful and joyous journey - The answer is Jesus! He proclaimed, "I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly." (John 10:10) Our desire is for you to experience the passionate life that only God provides.

MISSION

Together we are a community of believers. What does that mean, the word community? We believe that together in fellowship we grow closer to God and one another. The Bible speaks about iron sharpening iron. We believe that together we grow stronger. We are a community of believers. 

      VISION

We strive to be a church without walls. Jesus calls for us to go outside the walls to reach the lost and the broken. It is there that the lost will be found. At Creedmoor Community Church we make an effort to be like the church from the book of Acts, to see our city changed.

      VALUES

We highly value our relationships with one another. We look to grow through fellowship, and ultimately growing closer to God. We value the word of God, and the leadership of the Holy Spirit. We look to extend grace to all of the lost and broken, and lead those with no hope to the hope of Jesus Christ.

HISTORY

    SMALL BEGINNINGS

  1. Southeast Baptist Church was started May 6, 1990. 
  2. Pastor Jerry A Bush took his dream and with help from Manchaca Baptist church they launched inside an old Mexican restaurant located on Hwy 183 in Mustang Ridge.
  3. Jerry Bush was Pastor till February 10, 1993 when he passed away from cancer.  
  4. May 25, 1997 C. Walter May Jr. took over Southeast Baptist Church as pastor with a mission to move and grow in our community.  Pastor Walter had a vision for moving Southeast Baptist Church to Creedmoor even before anyone else could see it.  
  5. With the help of Menchaca Baptist Church, The Texas Baptist Men and numerous volunteers Southeast Baptist Church moved to The current location in Creedmoor, Texas.
  6. On April 30, 2006 Creedmoor Community Church was dedicated to the Community of Creedmoor.
  7. C. Walter May, Jr. was pastor of Creedmoor Baptist Church till his passing on February 2, 2021
  8. Head deacon Craig Scoot took over running the day to day operations and took Walters vision forward.
  9. In July of 2025 Pastor Scott Zediker took over as Pastor of Creedmoor Community Church

Through Chip’s insights and godly wisdom, you will begin the journey to true, life-changing spirituality. Focusing on lifestyle factors that are relational, grace-based, faith-focused, and practical, this study sets expectations for an authentic Christian life through Romans chapter 12.  You will be challenged to acknowledge and overcome barriers that have kept you from having the mind of Christ. You’ll discover a profile of a true disciple and the spiritual pathway that God intends for you!
